Everyone is missing the point. He isn't actually saying the league has low quality or isn't worth watching under normal circumstances. He is pointing out the rigged nature of the league. Noone wants to watch a league if they know the results are being fixed off-the-field.

Not hate speech, it's true. Only Turkish people watch Turkish football. That's also true for most leagues outside of England, Spain, Germany, Italy and France.
