-8 oz Leeks(White Part Only Sliced)
-8 Oz Idaho Potatoes(Sliced Thin)
-1 1/2 Cups Water
-3 Tablespoons Chicken Bouillon
-5.7 Oz Heavy Cream
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- White Pepper To Taste
- Scallions or Chives(Garnish)
*Sweat Leeks Till Tender
*ADD Potatoes & Water With Chicken Bouillon
* LET Simmer Till Tender
*Blend Till Smooth
*Strain & Sit In Ice Bath
*Fridge Till 40 Degrees
*ADD Heavy Cream
