Exploring Lake Como with the Leica Q2

Me and the Mrs went to lake Como in August and of course I took the Leica Q2 with me. Couldn't have asked for a better camera.

Great update on the Q2, thanks for the video. Now, a word of concern, I rode a bike all over Europe for 30 years and sadly witnessed a few nasty accidents, please wear some protective kit, especially gloves. Don’t believe me, just run down the road, trip and put your hands out to stop yourself. All the gear, all the time! Safe riding :-)

I love your videos - your natural approach is very appealing. That being said, I've been looking at the Q2 for a few years. It would be a second/third camera. I just cannot decide between the Q2 and the Q2 Monochrome. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Hi, greetings from Ireland .thank you for all the videos. I am thinking of getting the q2 coming from the x100v also, is the iso performance much better on the q2, and do you miss the leaf shutter, and 4 stop nd filter? Thank you

I watch several of your videos, Tobis; thanks for sharing your experience with Q2. I also have an X100V; did you sell yours when you bought the Q2? I am still deciding what to do with mine. I recently photographed at a Jazz dinner club. I sat next to the stage and used the 28mm crop; no diffraction because of the angle to the singer. Photos in low light were amazing! Aperture 1.7, auto ISO with Max ISO 6400, and kept shutter around 1/250 to 1/500s.

Seems odd that it took that long (10 months) to get used to and be happy the a camera that cost so much more than the camera you already had…..
