That definitely takes in a lot of my problems. Time is never in my favour and I always seem to have to do a thing or three before what I want to do!

I haven’t figured out how to brain dump helpfully. I have started a journal but I don’t have a to do list but a done list with random ramblings. It’s surprising what all I get written down during coffee breaks. It also helps shut up the nasty voice that insists I didn’t do anything today.

I’m thinking about the other things you said. I’m not ready to give up my hoard but the other day at a thrift store I didn’t buy the screen printing starter set. I’ve always wanted to play with screen printing. I don’t have room or time for everything I want to do so I left it behind. It’s a small step.

12:56 for me this technique works for a lot of tasks like cleaning, organization, even making appointments. If it's set up so I can get it done when the mood strikes without the prep work it's much more likely to get done.

I was recently diagnosed as well and I am 31. I have difficulty choosing what to sew. Its very annoying and frusterating.

Too much about ADHD and not enough about sewing. Also, too much introductory stuff. My speedy brain doesn't like slow.
