When the Quran says clear in arabi meaning “mubeen” so clear concise, it means it’s a book that covers all realms of human endeavours trials, relationship between god and man, it covers all areas a human being needs to tackle the worldly life and achieve God consciousness

But this doesn’t mean every verse can be interpreted by anyone. For example the Quran tells you to pray. It’s quite clear that prayer is very important for an individual to do to achieve a god centric life. But how do we pray? This is where we get the interpretation from the prophet who tells us how to pray. I hope this helps.
