Same as the prime weld TIG 225 with the CK-17F. I have the TIG-225 and prime weld MIG-180. They are awesome The Fabrication Series did a review. Everything your unboxing is the same as prime weld. Looks like you like it. Hope it does you good.

As the owner of nine welding machines Miller stick mig, Lincoln mig, Hobart mobile 225 CC CV AC DC, Hobart 400 amp, Primeweld, 225, Tig, Primeweld stick, 2 Prime weld plasma, and 3 chineese knock offs for tig and mig. 4 of these machines have been with me for fourty years and great reliability. The newer machines Primeweld has the best service bar none.

I wouldn't mind selling my Miller and getting one of these more portable ones. My Miller is as big as a Millermatic 250 and not portable at all but is a very smooth good welding machine.

I have a small mig machine from Weldpro and love it. When stick welding I couldn't believe the difference between it and the buzzbox that I learned on. Like getting out of a model A with flat tires into a brand new Lexus. Mig and flux core is really smooth too.

So after using this machine for 5 months, how do you like it?

Nice welding machine Daniel. I do like how it sounds . You seem to be very glad that you have a new dedicated shop tig welding machine that does burn your ears off or cash out of your pocket burning fuel all day long.. anyways I hope you get a lot of use out of it and don't let it collect a lot of dust. But yeah wear some better tig gloves for greater dexterity then you can feel your rod a little easier, you might even get yourself an ezdaber from ck worldwide it's a great tool to use for feeding your filler rods through, if you want to do so check out the review I did on it on my YouTube channel sure I'll get at least one extra view on my video but hey if it convinces you to pick one up then at least I will fell like you were guided in a good direction. Oh yeah one more thing you forgot to mention about your tig welder is it uses square wave pulse for its process, instead of sine wave, or triangle wave. I'm not sure if your welder uses the Advanced square wave technology or the soft square wave technology, it would be nice to know if which form it does use but I'm sure your welder is square wave anyhow.

That is a great machine you have there for what you paid for it you can't beat it. The only issue I had with mine was the power cable was a little loose in the back of the welder you might need to tighten that up otherwise it's a fantastic tig welder.

you can get a dinse connector for that machine and add a CK worldwide torch to it no problem because both the screw and plug and the thins connector are both live when your TIG welding
