Inspector general fired by Trump has a warning for Americans

One of the inspectors general fired by President Donald Trump last week expressed concern to CNN about who will replace him, warning that “nominating and appointing political lackeys” would harm Americans. Mark Greenblatt, who worked for the Department of the Interior, emphasized that it’s important that inspectors general are “independent” and “not beholden to a political party.” #CNN #News

I bet the majority of people commenting have no clue what the Inspector General is supposed to do. Their sole responsibility, is overseeing and investigating the operations of a government agency or organization to ensure efficiency, legality, and integrity. In the United States, these offices were established to combat fraud, waste, and ABUSE within various federal and state programs. I have multiple examples but will only site two. One glaring example is intentionally allowing illegal aliens to cross our border by Sec Alejandro Mayorkas. The second is the weaponization of the DOJ. Attorney General Garland RAIDED an Ex-President's home to look for documents that an Ex-President can legally have. The proof, they dropped the case. They NEVER would have dropped the case if there was a....scintilla of evidence. Their hatred compelled them to break the law because they thought they were above the law, they aren't and should and will be prosecuted. These two instances are blatant proof of misconduct, and if Greenblatt couldn't see this or at least investigate it, then he is either corrupt or incompetent. Either way, HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN stop.
