Tysm this saved me!
I installed chrome, and when it made me change some things on my hard drive, it stopped roblox from working. Then my parents tried helping but made it even worse. We didn't know this was the only problem (the first one with the properties) and once I finally did all of that, the roblox app started running again! I was actually thinking it was the roblox outage or I had to get a new pc... Thank you for saving

I had thought it had worked but now it just stops my game completely, and the Roblox Client is not responding screen is not showing up for me anymore. I could not find the setting to reset the Roblox app so I am suspecting that is the problem. What should I do?

I am using a Gaming Computer from msi and I recently had gotten this problem now when I tried to use your first way to do it by going in properties and switching to windows 7 it did not work so i tried your other option, but it doesn't give me advanced options for the advanced options wasn't there for me I need help, please I miss my blade ball lol.
