Here’s a few more things:

The supposed same ghost girl in Lumiose can also be found at Mt. Pyre in ORAS. She essentially says the same thing if you talk to her.

There’s also the fact that Darkrai caused a girls death in Black & White 2.

And in X & Y, there’s a message you can find hidden on the back of sign in Lumiose Station. Still to this day, I don’t think anybody really knows what the message means.

Some more pieces of evidence for the Great War theory: in early games towns consisted mainly of homes, gyms, and pokecenters, or places for soldiers to live, train, and recover; as the series goes on, buildings are getting more and more elaborate; and if pokemon have existed for centuries or longer, why would we need to help with the pokedex unless an attack destroyed most records and new species could have been introduced by opposing armies.

One mystery I love and no ever talks about is the swift wing girl from Ultra Sun and Moon. Inside the Tide Song Hotel on the upper floor and in the first room on the right. There is a mysterious girl with a Bellossom and a Comfey who shouts ""NO! FATE CANNOT LET YOU SEE ME!" and then her Bellossom essentially attacks you and shoves you outside the room. When you reenter al their is is a swift wing on the Balcony and everyone is gone . Never explained and almost NO ONE in the entire fanbase ever discusses it when talking about all the mysterious ghost girls or general strange events.

A lot of Pokemon rumor and legend videos have all done the same information to death. The only exception is BlueBoyPhin, who has done some very good research in finding actually obscure information.

Lt. Surge talks about a war, because at that point pokemon was much more rooted in real world. He was referred to as "the Lightning American", even though nowadays there is no USA or other real countries in the world of pokemon. Also the first pokedex had entries that referred to real animals, like saying raichu's thunder could kill an indian elephant (or something along those lines, but there was at least a couple of pokedex entries that talked about real animals). So back in the original games it was a reference to him being a real American war veteran.

With pokemon pink, while the game is unconfirmed, the potential starter is much easier to speculate on. Clefairy is a more likely starter than Jigglypuff as clefairy was supposed to be the mascot instead of Pikachu. It was Red's partner pokemon in the manga as well and apparently Pikachu's cousin (I have no idea, some people think it's because they share an egg group but breeding didn't exist in gen 1)

The reason that there was a possible Pink is because Clefairy was supposed to be the mascot but they decided that Pikachu would appeal better to boys and girls. Also this is why we got let’s go Pikachu and Let’s go Eevee later on on switch because of Eevee being so popular
