Malaque Cooks - Mozzarella In Carrozza (The Syarifs)

I am a huge fan of cheese and crispy stuff. This totally hit the spot for me. One of the first few Italian treats I learnt back in those ( kitchen) days. This is also a good way to use up your stale /old bread because once you’ve fried it, no one would know. Just like a bread pudding.

This is a crowd pleaser all the time when I’m hosting! Do treat yourself make it with da real deal- fresh mozarella! You will thank me later!
