Once you get to higher tier anvils, you can sell lower tier items for their full crafting value. So for a Green Anvil you can sell the tier one items for 10 iron, blue anvil sell tier 2(green) for 25 iron, etc.

Ummm CG the chang'e in the game Is not pronounced as change and instead is a reference to the moon goddess in chinese culture, spelt as 嫦娥. It's somewhat pronounced like chahng er
