Chicken Bread lollipop
Chicken Mince Marination Preparation:
Chicken mince 300 gm
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Flour Mixture Preparation:
All-purpose Flour 2 cups
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1 ½ cup
Ingredients for Assembling:
Bread slices (round cut) as required
Marinated chicken mince 300gm
Ice cream sticks 10-12
Flour mixture as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying)
Directions for Chicken Bread Lollypop:
1- In a bowl add chicken mince, red chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce, and salt mix it well and marinate it for 15 mins.
2- In a bowl add flour, red chili powder, salt, and water (add gradually), and make a thick batter.
3- Take bread slices cut into round shapes, and fill chicken mince in the center. place, ice-cream stick in it, cover with another slice, dip in flour batter coat with bread crumbs, and shallow fry until golden brown or fully done.
4. Chicken Bread lollypop is ready.
Prep Time: 15-20 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serving: 5-6
