Relearning to draw...blind #shorts

After my sight faded, I gave up drawing over 2 decades ago. I've been inspired to try it again and have come up with this new technique.

Maybe try getting textured paper and a really gritty chalk? You might be able to feel the chalk without the extra steps if you do

Ps that is frickin awesome, its really cool how you always seem to be pushing the limits of what you can do and its really inspiring to see you not letting yourself be weighed down by your limitations, you are truly an inspiration

I was watching some other shorts and they now make a pen for clothes to tell you the color you could possibly use it for your artwork 🖼️

That's great as a piece of abstract art, although you can tell what it is. But as it was drawn by a blind person, that's some serious skill. The idea of closing my eyes whilst shaving my upper lip (to stop hairs going in my eyes) is scary enough!!

When I was growing up as a little kid, I was sight challenged… By some form of a miracle back in the 80s, I was able to get my sight fixed and now I’m commercially licensed pilot! But, I’ve seen what you’ve done, and brother keep it up! It’s people like you that make the world turn. Stay awesome bro!

I feel like most blind people who could see before appreciate the visual arts. My mother is totally blind but she loved art in high school and even went to college for graphic design for a couple years.
