Each time I look at (and buy) one of these Bandai Star Wars kits I am amazed at the mouldings, the high amount of detail on the kits. These ARE NOT snap-together, I'd call them "press-fit kits". Snap-together was for 5 year olds and the majority had minimal detail, they were toys, Bandai has raised the bar, these aren't "action figures" they are detailed models.
A great example of the moulding techniques is 4 colors of plastic on one sprue. These kits are a new breed in scale modeling and a welcome replacement for older Star Wars models.

Just got one so I can rock on into 2025 on this NYE. So far I've only completed the head and 1st leg 😂

This thing is so detailed. Can't wait to finish it. Gotta figure out if I'm gonna paint it.

Awesome kit review and excellent results on the build! I just wish there was a AT AT and AT ST in 1/72 scale :/ Maybe a matter of time.

One question. Is glue required? I just bought 2 x-wing, at-st, st-st and a Tie fighter. I was hoping they were going to be very easy because I was using them for my aquarium, now I'm having second thoughts

Great video. Just subscribed.

Do all of the 1/144 scale kits come with miniature figures? It would be great if they released sets of the figures to further help the creation of dioramas!

I love Slide-Mold technology! Those parts look great! My wallet hates us, both, right now... ;^) I'll have to add another kit to my list, after seeing this!

What's the articulation like? Next time can you please show the articulation (How far it will move in each direction)?

Level of detail is good but is never compared to Bandai's Gundam Model kits, (RG, PG) those are the greatest

A great build ans review Chris! It appears to be just a little smaller than the AMT kit!

this machine is huge and intimidating
but if it was the size of a dog, it would be so damn cute!

Greetings from a new subscriber!
I just got this amazing kit, and your video is a great guide to assemble It and weather it, although I have a doubt: at one point you say that one section has washes and the other is "raw plastic" ... soo, you did not apply primer and paint? just washes?
Thanks in advance, keep up the great work!
