Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong spoke on globalisation and the movement of people at the South Asia Diaspora Convention (SADC) 2016 on 18 July 2016. The the dialogue was moderated by Mr Shyam Saran, Chairman, Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS).
