This R/C Sprint Car is Almost Too Nice to Drive

Today we check out the Losi 22S Brushless Sprint Car that comes winged but is also ready for non-wing racing. This is a 1/10, 2WD, RTR, Dirt Oval Race car that's 2S and ready to race.

Got mine on order. Long time racer and old school oval guy. With a little tuning LR toe and some creative weight placement I’d think this would be a decent parking lot runner as with left and rights. Oval car design I realize. Just saying it’s much like a 2wd buggy underneath. Super cool looking.

Please do a video on fpv! You can put a fpv head tracking system on the drivers head so you can see what the driver would be seeing. That would be so cool!!!

This is really cool. Pulling the left front tire off the ground out of the turn is how it’s supposed to work. Really cool. I can only dream to have a track like that around here.

I watched sprint car racing when i was a lot younger and overall just know the basics about it, but i really like this model. I may have to pick one up. The only thing i wish they had done differently is the different tire sizes like they do on the full sized version. I mean the difference between the left and right tires, not front and rear. I also dont mind 2s. I did recently pick up a motor and ESC combo (spmxse2130s esc, spmxsm4100 motor) that was on sale for $89 that is actually a $320 combo system that would be perfect for this.

You need to check out the sprint car racing at the Silver Dollar speedway in your backyard there in Chico . You can see the full size machines in action. Especially when the King of the West 410's are in town.

These are cool, and I'm in favor of realistic (at least in appearance, if not chassis layout) racing. I truly believe that it gets more people interested and participating.

Losi might just have to bear down on the "Scale Motorsport" market here. I got my Baja Rey 2.0 a week or so ago and love it to bits after some modifications and body reinforcement. Dedicated street and dirt oval racers, dedicated rock racers, dedicated UTV/SWB racers.... they really do have it all for the person who wants scale looks but high-speed performance.
