Well today, we sat down with Jeannine for a chat and to get to know more about our customer care team.

How wonderful to be able to 'meet' the lovely, lovely lady I was only just speaking to over the phone last week! Jeannine was so helpful in advising me which Groovi folders I needed to order when I got myself into a muddle about sizes. I came off the phone thinking "goodness that woman was smashing" ... & watching this has cemented my appreciation of her. What a treat - thanking you muchly! xx
