Good book and good summary! In a leading role, it has never been be easier to fall into the 'busy' traps with the technological advancements. You can have meetings after meetings, emails after emails. And yet problems still occur.
I like the idea of prioritising People, Product and Profit in their respective order. Hiring the right people and keep them motivate are critical for leaders, so that the leaders can focus on the business strategy and important matters.
