40g unslated butter,
85g dessicated coconuts or coconut flakes,
1 cup/ 210g granulated sugar,

Fun fact: in Brazil, the condensed milk and coconut filling used for Bala Baiana is also a sweet treat of its own. It's called "Beijinho", which translated to English literally means "little kiss"!

I like to put milk in the used pot that is filled with the leftover sugar mixture. Heat it up and you got yourself a nice warm caramel milk

You can also drink the leftover caramel disolved in water. We used to call it "burned sugar tea". You can also use only a bit of water to dissolve the sugar and then mix it with milk and a pinch of salt.
