ABOUT THE VOICE
The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.

The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.

This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.

Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

I like how he was so polite and gentlemanly as he listened to Gwen, never interrupting her, and then gave her such a sweet compliment at the end. Seems like a genuine and nice guy in addition to having that great talent.

Now, when Riba says, "Beauuuutiful voice." while shaking her head in disbelief, that means you sing in an unbelievably beautiful way. Lennon has just been knighted by the queen y'all!

You can see how shocked Gwen was when she saw Lennon after she turned. Lennon is my husband's family's neighbor and he's a sweet talented kid. I hope he goes all the way. He deserves it!!

This guy is super talented. Because, although he obviously has a unique and hauntingly beautiful voice, even more rare is his ability to emote in the lyrics, tightly control his runs and pitch, and take the audience to a completely different and magical place.

He could go all the way. He’s a dark horse and fully invested in music. Working with people with dementia and Alzheimer’s who connect to music still —despite forgetting just about everything else —shows how powerful and deeply rooted the gift of music is in all of us.

I never really watch the voice anymore but it was on in the background. I heard the first note belted out by this Lennon fella and ran to turn the TV up. I couldn’t help but tear up listening to his own version of this song. I want to buy his record now!
