This is my walkthrough of Psychonauts 2 on the Xbox Series X in 4K 60FPS with No Commentary. I got to play the preview build which gave me access to the first 3 areas of the game, as well as 2 other areas in the game. This video is pretty much the first 2 and a half hours of the game featuring the Loboto's Labyrinth, The Motherlobe, Hollis's Classroom, and Lady Lucktopus Casino. The video ends with a boss fight as well. I will be continuing the walkthrough from where I left off when the full game launches.

The game is primarily a platformer using your psychic abilities such as Mind blasts, Pyro, Mind zipping, etc. Then comes the story, which the game has in excess through in game cinematic cutscenes. Finally the last portion is exploration for these artistic glyphs and collectibles to complete a level 100% and also combat. Combat is easy to get into. There is a melee attack which can be button mapped, a dodge to get of the way, jump to get to higher areas, and finally 3 other buttons for different power uses which you can customize on the fly. The mix of these powers depending on the situation leads to cool uses of the psychic abilities.

The standouts for me from the preview are the voice acting performances. I enjoyed all the colorful cast of characters as well as their quirkiness. The visuals are also a note being super colorful and distinctive throughout the different areas.

Played the first one finally, enjoying the game greatly, and have the VR middle to get excited for, and now the sequel is finally close by, ohh this is going to be awsome! Can’t wait to play it

So I got this theory since the release of the first trailer about Maligula and psychic necromancy.

If you want to bring back someone or some MIND from the dead, the best solution with psychic powers would be to enter in the mind of people that knew, met, and talked to this specific person, and EXTRACT all those memories, thoughts and interactions. Then you put all of those extracted thoughts together in a blank empty brain, connect the thoughts dots between each other and BAM !! The mind of the dead person is ARTIFICIALLY recreated, and in a way, ressurected.

That psychic practice is very dangerous and should be taboo or forbidden.
