Everyone's Dead, Yami's New Devil Power Explained (Black Clover)

Chapters 357 and 358 of Black Clover have shown that the situation in the Clover Kingdom has gotten even WORSE. Yuno's insane spell is about to run out and the magic knights are dropping like flies including the CAPTAINS. Jack made his final stand against the Paladin Morgen and Mereleona is having to burn up her own teammates to keep fighting whilst her mana is about to run out. But all of this will result in Yami falling into despair, activating the dormant DEVIL MAGIC that resides in his heart.

I personally think, because of how stoic yami is when he is in the face of danger, and he is literally from an assassin clan, which tend to be heartless in the face of death (During battle) I think the troupe of despairing might not happen initially. Similar to how asta didn't give in to liebe the 1st time he transformed. Then lost it vs dante. Prickly queen dying would be the final straw afterwards(maybe?

Yami does fit the description of a Kijin since he is a very kind man yet when he gets pissed heads roll like it's going out of style.

On other notes just to counter those that are saying no one dies in black clover, it's very possible that those brought back from the dead will die once Asta zettens Lucius' effect away from them, atleast that's what I hope for.

I do hope that Tabata fights the urge to bring some or all of them back. Since this is the final arc I do believe that these consequences are super important to ALL of the characters. The elf arc is so amazing because there was consequences and the plot and characters were balanced

Since nobody really dies in black clover, I feel like by the end of it, Julius will gain control of Lucius and will resurrect everyone who died but due to just getting a beat up from asta and yuno, Julius will need to sacrifice himself to do that... So Julius is the only one who'll actually die

I think the scariest thing about all this is the Magic Knights are all getting folded and yet Lucius has yet to bring in Damnatio. We all know he's a Paladin now based on the last chapter of the Spade Arc and we saw him next to Sister Lily and Lucius, yet he hasn't shown up yet. That tells me Damnatio is gonna be insanely busted whenever he decides to pull up.

Anyone else finding it hilarious that after 4 different types of magic (wind, sword (the elf spirit was a hybrid and had 2 types of magic), spirit and star, 2 grimoires (1 of which is a four leaf!), 1 of 4 great spirits, magic of a royal, blessed by mana, and stupid amounts of plot armour...
The thing which may defeat Yuno ... is a guy who has more muscles 😂😂😂 (Yuno has had way too much good luck and not getting his ass handed to him)

I think it would be pretty cool if Jack and Mereoleona can't come back. If Mereoleona goes to far and becomes mana, from what we know, I'm choosing to believe her soul could burn with her as well, or maybe even just burn her soul for boost to beat Morris. Jack could be similar in which he not only used up the rest of his fading life force to make that giant cut, but that doing so cut his soul in half as well. After all, he did, with his final attack, do something that could be considered cutting the world in half
