P.M.P sounds like another version of the L.O.C or L.C.O method etc. I love the way u delivered your knowledge to us non chemists without making it boring or too long. U made it straight to the point & easy to gather. Thanks!

You really need your own show. You deserve it!! really. Everyone talking about hair. NO DEGREES. NO education... you HAVE the CREDENTIALS. YOu need your own show or podcast or something. I'll be your first viewer

Hair grease video. It grew my hair as a child, and I have recently went back to it. My hair has always loved it and its affordable.

I have fine, high porosity hair. My favorite butter is mango butter. To moisturize my hair I spray with water, apply a leave in conditioner or cream moisturizer, then apply an oil or a butter. My hair loves it! I’m def taking some mango butter on the cruise 💜

Just five minutes ago bought 5lbs of Shea butter and then saw this video pop and was like Immediate buyers remorse before even viewing it, thinking you would recommend something else. My hair literally changes the second I put Shea butter on it! It immediately softens my hair and smooths down my frizz. I loveee it!!

Ladies just an FYI a lot of the shea butters that claim to be USDA certified aren’t! I was double checking through the USDA integrity database to verify claims. Sharing for those of you who care...

Because I'm medium to high porosity, I choose to bring Mango butter along with aloe vera and fenugreek. They are very moisturizing and the fenugreek just help with the retention of hair growth among other properties.

I must say your channel is very necessary. There are so may trends/routines out there for the natural hair community, but you explain and break it down to us. You putting the time to educate us can help someone figure out what works for their hair, instead of trying to guess what they must do to maintain length. AND I LOVE HOW YOUR VIDOES GET TO THE POINT! THEY ARE NOT UNNECESSARY LONG, but you explain everything in less than 10 minutes. THANK YOU FOR HAVING THE FACTS AND KNOWLEDGE TO BACK EVERYTHING UP, and THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE NATURAL COMMUNITY. You are saving people hair! Keep doing what you love most, while helping people....MAY GOD BLESS!

My custom blend is equal parts cocoa butter, Shea butter, mango butter, and coconut oil. That's the butter I'd bring. Technically it's still one butter.

Omg! If I didn’t know any better, I’d pursue chemistry... but I do, so I’ll just continue being a fan and cheer you on! I love your presentation, and as someone said earlier in the comments, you break things down so well for the non-chemist folks. Like, I’m literally following your explanations... Your contribution is soooo appreciated! Many Thanks!!😇💜❤️

I'm currently working in a chemistry lab and it really got me thinking about how to best treat my hair. I'm really binging all of your videos now. And oh, I am definitely bringing shea butter.

I usually do the LOC method, with almond oil being my choice. I have long 4b thick hair. 15 yrs of trial and error, lol. And still learning which is good.
You are smart!! I wish you could take my chemistry course for me for my Master's degree. I'm avoiding it like the Coronavirus!!
This is my first time watching your video and I'm gonna get a notebook specifically for your videos to take notes so I can refer back. New subscriber.
I still use grease sometimes. I alternate among grease, oil, and serums.

I use avocado butter! My hair is high density AND high porosity hair and fine strands. Silicones, grease and butters (and oils) are my friends lol as long as I wash weekly (sulfate free shampoo)

Never thought about butters like that...an oil. I'm excited to watch your PMP video!
Thanks for the information in this video, though!

I'm low porosity & I recently started using butters on my hair just before putting it in twists or mini braids & I can say my hair is getting stronger.
Oils on scalp, butters on hair.💯😁

I’m so so happy to have come upon your video! “PMP” gave me sooo much understanding. I’d been doing it but the understanding of it now has solidified the steps of my hair routine in my regimen so I don’t have to test and try which order of things to do anymore. I now understand what works and why! I appreciate you soooo much!
