Kabam, How This Cheater Still Not Banned?

There is proof that Kabam lied to us about "punishing" the cheaters from the previous season. The cheaters were not banned, and are still playing the game.
In this case, the reason why he isn't banned is probably because he spends in the game. Just shows how much they care about this ...

He is using modification that allows not to send game logs to the Kabam. That’s why automatic system cannot detect him. And silly Kabam workers cannot understand that thing. They think they are smarter then players, but they don’t:/

All the players at the top excluding a few people like Unofficial Kabam Mike are aware that he's a cheater. He even took down that video where he "proved" to you that that Mags vs NF fight was doable(under very different nodes if anyone still believes that was legit) even though it garnered him more views, than any other video on his channel .

so i just ecountered a cheater for the first time, i’m a returning player to mcoc but started a new account. just got uncollected again, and now i’m in silver 3 in victory track. i was so surprised when fighting one.

Can Kabam not come up with something to detect cheating or mods? Their only answer seems to be a person to investigate and go through game info? Cheaters play for free. They don’t seem to care if banned from a mobile game. They make a new account and start over to get banned again? I don’t see the point to all this but it seems some people get a kick from annoying Kabam employees?

Also does anyone ever get the wifi issue where at the end of the battle it just freezes? I get that during mostly during Battlegrounds, arenas, and some during quest etc.
