The phase conductors are 3000 amps the 350 kcmil are after parallel so the 500Kcmil neutral is not larger than the phase conductors.you have to divide
the 500Kcmil by 10 to parallel the neutral so you have to go with the minimum parallel size of 1/0 .Am i wrong?

Demand loads on table 220.42 are to be applied to the general lighting load. You are applying them to gen. lighting AND small appliance/laundry. Am I reading this wrong? Should not you be using 180K for Step #6?
