Welcome to another MrExcel netcast! In this video, we're going to show you a faster way to double space your data in Excel. It's a trick that I learned over 13 years ago from Bob Umlas, and it's still just as useful today. But now, we have a new tool to make it even easier - the DOS add-in from Excel.

With this add-in, we can quickly insert blank rows and columns into our data. But what's even better is that we can specify an interval of one and insert empty blank rows. This effectively doubles the spacing between our data rows. And if we need to triple space, we can simply insert two rows after each row. It's amazing how much time this can save when working with large datasets.
