Today in Genshin Impact we're going god mode on Kinich, getting him hopefully 2 constellations, his signature weapon Fang of the Mountain King, and seeing what he can do.

A tip for all Kinich players. Use his burst while in your skill. You still generate the nightsoul points while doing the animation and his skill is prolonged when using his burst, so you don’t loose uptime.

4:10 Comment about C6 Kinich, it’s DEFINITELY not useless for single target. If there’s only one enemy, the shot hits them, then bounces up and hits them again. So getting C6 essentially gives you a double tap on your scalespiker cannon

Radiance has its own pity system: if you haven't lost 50/50 since natlan released you have 0%chance of getting it
If you lost your 50/50 once you have 5% of getting it
If you lose 2 50/50 in a row you have a 25% chance of getting it
And if you lost 3 in a row you have a 50% chance of getting it

6:32 he does get the crit rate buff because the cannon shot has travel time; meaning that after you shoot it, you spend the night soul points, get the crit rate and then the shot hits the target

While everyone is focusing on how Kinich will get even better with Mavuika, you know one character that I feel will be a great addition to his team? Pyro Traveler.

- He will be considered a Natlan character, which helps with Kinich's Passive

- He will be able to activate Pyro Resonance with Mavuika or any other Pyro Character

- As long as he has some sort of off-field application (which almost all versions of the Traveler have) he can equip Natlan's support set to buff the entire team

- He is 100% F2P which leaves you free to pursue other characters in the future

C6 is not only not useless single target, it’s BETTER. The bounce applies in single target, it just bounces to the same enemy, like HSR bounce attacks

4:11 Moga I have seen may players testing/playing with C6 kinich and from the footage and from those videos in general I learnt that the description of the C6 is indeed very confusing and kind of misleading. It says that the scalespiker canon hit bounces once to a nearby enemy but in a single target it bounces again into the same target So basically doubling the damage of the canon shot in a single target situation. And in a multi target situation the canon ball also get the benefit from the Aoe increase from C2. So basically it's just a broken constellation. Definitely worth it for a C6.

Kinich it's so fun to play and explore with, I don't really care about the numbers but he's strong enough to make it in to the challenges, people said his game play was clunky, but I call it skill issue, it's not so hard to get used to the pew pew pew blast, he's my main until (hopefully) Capitano

From what I’ve seen C6 is mostly for aoe, but the bounce does actually hit the main target as well, so it does increase his single target dmg even more

so capturing radiance only happens when you're about to lose your 3rd 50/50 in a row? the details on the banner say it's now a 55% chance to get the 5 star including capturing radiance so is that just incorrect? the only time I've seen it happen is when someone loses 3 50/50s in a row and the 3rd one is "corrected" to not lose. I'm so confused by this new mechanic

The Good thing about Kinich is that he doesn't share characters in his best teams with Alhaitham's Team.

You can use the quick-hold tech with his cannon - basically hold skill to aim, then instantly release - which is faster than both hold and press

Radience works works basically when - if you were to lose your 50/50, you have 10% chance to get capturing radiance which guarantees you the banner 5-star

6:45 the 4pc OC 40% crt rate will take effect even if its kinich's first canon shot. The devs made sure it was coded that way i.e. you consume your nightsoul points before firing the shot. you can actually see this happening if you frame by fame (in YT you can frame by frame by using, (comma key) or . (period key)) e.g. around 7:39. The nightsoul bar depletes, and right after the canon shot fires and deals damage.
