2. Eat right: Eating right will help you build muscle by aiding with recovery and providing the nutrients needed for muscle growth. Also you have to stay on a strict eating system to keep lean so that your muscles will show all ear round.

3. Prevent injuries: Remember to always use proper form when lifting. If you get hurt, you'll limit your training, which will equal muscle loss.

Terry Crews is a genuinely nice person from what I've seen. Very direct and laid back and MODEST. Very few people in his position are like that. Respect!

Terry is right, dead on! Pull ups, consistency, be relaxed. And it takes time.. I'm 30 and been working out since age 15. It doesnt come overnight..

I was new to the gym. gave up. Now everyday customer.
He is the one who inspired me of my fat ass 
I know he is not a pro but he makes it look fun.
Why can people leave him alone :(
I dont care if he makes money of this, his got to eat something
I watch many channels for tip then i find my conclusion then i watch mike to get started.

terry crews is my ULTIMATE inspiration i love his biceps and ive got decent biceps and have always been my best feature.. i havent trained every day and i havent worked out and my biceps are still 18 in... i will begin training full time again within the next week or so and i will be under 200 lb before 2014 because of these videos THANK YOU

That was great all around. And that IS the thing. He said it all in a few sentences.
I say it all the time. the gym is the ONE place where it is okay for it to be ALL about YOU. You can't worry about what someone else is thinking; that will only defeat you. You can't worry about how someone else looks, that will only discourage you. ALL YOU HAVE to do is worry about you. That's it. Give it time and stay with it and it will come. Suddenly you look up one day and she/he is checking youout.

I have a question. Who is Mike Chang and why do I see links to his videos absolutely everywhere? I'm not saying this to be critical, I'm just wondering why he is so prevalent everywhere I look. I mean, he's certainly in good shape, but he's nothing mind-blowing (not that I'm anything special either really), so I'm assuming he must be some sort of nutritional guru. Again, this is simply an inquiry, and I'm not trying to disparage the man.
