Woah, this is amazing. Finally, something actually interesting to motivate me towards trying the 15 or 16 Pro Max later this year. As an avid Android user, and someone who only changes his phone every 4 to 5 years, this is exactly what content I'm interested in. Most people talk about the camera only. Glad I locked up "iPhone productivity".

Thank you, Simon, for your videos! They are great! 
Re custom menus for Action Button.... I use custom menu shortcut linked to Action Button, BUT I like to check some conditions before it actually shows.
Here are some examples: 
- if my phone is face down, turn on Silent mode & set media volume to zero to prevent accidental oopses if I hit some play button
- if it is in landscape mode, turn off screen lock (which I keep locked 99% of time)
- if it is in portrait mode, launch actual shortcut with custom menus based on which focus is enabled now with different items. e.g torch in Sleep Focus enables it at the minimum level of brightness, and in Personal - at maximum one
Checking phone orientation is available in free app called Actions (small, but extends shortcuts very well)
