is there any way there could be a video or study guide on all the topics on the exam? I'm finding it so difficult to understand what's actually on the exam.

Simple.
100 ft every 5 sec.
1 min (60 sec) divided by 5 seconds = 1200 ft every min
5280ft (1 mile) divided by 1200ft is 4.4 minutes.
