This book was changed multiple times. Especially in 1976 by IG. This is very different from what Dr. B.R.Ambedkar made in the initial years of independence. If you are following this and thinking that you are abiding by what Ambedkar wanted, then you are wrong. This book simply represents Congress manifesto. Hence the congress party is always protective of it.
