In the second part of Tactics Institute's Europol series, we speak with Ritesh Kotak, cybersecurity expert with experience in two police agencies in Canada. He co-led the creation of the Cyber-Crimes Unit in Canada as well as the Research and Innovation portfolio focusing on digital transformation. In 2018 he was selected by Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government for their Emerging Leaders Executive Program.

Mr Kotak is Canadian, a country that 'Leave' campaigners in the UK often evoke as a model of cooperation with Europe. Tactics approached Ritesh for his take on the Brexit process, asking him to speak specifically on subjects such as money muling, election hacking, corruption, and the broader challenge of regulating the Internet.
