Christos is more like a job title or academic credential indicating he had received a ritual anointing by oil as recognition or initiation in a religious ceremony.

Jesus Christ isn't his full name since Christ/Christos is more so about him being the messiah, he didn't have a last name/family name most would be Jesus son of Joseph or Jesus of Nazareth.

LOL, the Japanese way to say his full name? XD Isn't there already a super weird anime about Jesus and Buddha called Saint Young Man? :p They probably already have a very specific way to refer to his name in Japanese there, but yeah. :?

Also, while san might be a professional and respectful enough honorific to use I suppose, shouldn't he technically be a sama? :p I think God in Japanese is sometimes referred to as just Kami or Kami-sama. :? Eh, whatever. :p

Sometimes I am reminded of the unfortunate state of Christendom in Japan and it makes me sad thinking of all these souls going through life with nothing to REALLY put their hope in. To find everlasting joy in.
