The NFL isn't scripted at all, but there might be times where refs try to help a team on an important game because it will bring in more money and fans but it's not scripted whatsoever

All sports are scripted by the numbers. They don't practice they rehearse. Why would a coach cover his mouth when calling the play then have his QB recite it at the line?
