Recycling greeting cards tutorial - making beautiful toppers for handmade cards

I absolutely LOVE recycling used greeting cards and giving them a new life ❤️ This is one way I reuse them often especially for handmade Christmas cards to give to my family & friends.
These white die cut windows are Poppy Stamps Grand Madison square frames, and Arched. For a 3D effect always mount with tiny foam pads covering the part of the image you wish to use. Ask family & friends to save you their unwanted cards (especially if they would otherwise be thrown away!) If they work in an office or with lots of other colleagues ask them to request their unwanted Christmas & greeting cards too. This is a great free or very low cost way to make bulk amounts of your own toppers for your handmade cards & projects.

If you don’t have a window frame metal craft die to cut your own, you can buy them on eBay in packs of 10 for £3.99 with free postage (UK only) links below:

What a great idea. I have so many cards even cards that were sent to my grandmother over the years. I’m 66 so they are pretty old but beautiful. I’m a new subscriber.
