video idea: How you would balance every star power in the game, especially the brawlers which have very disbalanced star powers.
Same goes for gadgets.

Even though the tank meta a year or so ago was toxic, tanks and up close brawlers get power crept so quickly. They need some love

My ideas:
Byron changes
Reload speed buff by 0.2 seconds.
Healing nerf, the shot now only heals for 80% of the damage it normally deals.
Byron’s reload speed was nerfed by 0.3 which is too much but it shouldn’t be fully reverted because he had too much dps as a support, so partially reverting it as well as a slight healing nerf will prevent both his damaging and healing capabilities from being too strong while making him better than he is right now.
Sandy changes
Damage nerf fully reverted
Sleep Stimulator gadget delay decreased by 0.4 seconds (2 seconds to 1.6 seconds of delay)
The damage nerf was unnecessary as Sandy’s place in the meta was already declining ever since his super charge nerf. The second gadget is clearly the better option even after it’s nerf long ago, so removing some of the delay on the first gadget might get it some more use.
Tara changes
Damage nerf reverted
Super pull radius nerfed by 0.33 tiles from 4 to 3.67
Tara’s damage nerf was not super necessary and she feels a bit lackluster without the damage she used to have. However, she is kind of a low skill brawler with her super so decreasing the radius of it increases the skill needed to use it and makes her less toxic.
Jessie changes
Attack projectile speed increased by 10% (2870 to 3157)
Turret health nerf reverted (lvl 11 turret health from 4500 to 4800 is a 6.7% increase)
Jessie health buff by 6.7% from 4500 to 4800
Scrappy attack pattern is changed from shooting at a randomly generated angle at the target to spraying in a back to forth manner, similar to Pam’s main attack pattern but with a much thinner cone
Jessie’s shots are clearly far too slow to hit consistently. Additionally, during the Goldarm Gang update which was many months after the short meta that Jessie was strong in, she received a health nerf to her turret for no reason. Her turret was already very easy to kill and they made it easier. Additionally, Jessie simply has subpar stats. A small health buff to her should help out her laning ability a bit.

Thank you for mentioning Sandy. Many people don't want to talk about him because he is "easy to use" and "toxic" but I am glad that finally someone stepped up and said he needed a buff.

i think they should make the reload gear only active when you're OVER 50% hp, to be a counterpart to the damage gear

I definitely agree with you. As a Nani main I don't feel a difference what so ever with the super gear, and It definitely needs a rework imo. My idea was to make the % of super charge variate between brawlers. For example, the 10% on Lou is good, but it's useless on El Primo, so they could change it to maybe 20% on El Primo while it's still 10% on Lou. Same goes with the reload gear.

fun fact: bonnie with the super charge gear used to be 3 hits, but after the bonnie glitch happened they fixed the glitch but they broke the gear. Now its 4 hits, and you can tell that supercell prob didn't mean to because theres still a small super charge buff (doesn't change anything tho) and it seems like the extra super charge was worth hitting one of her "wisdom tooth" projectiles (which is hella hard plus its only 1/16 charge)

Spen, tysm for including Sandy and Tara in the buff list. They’re both my favourite brawlers (My first 2 rank 25 brawlers and also level 11 brawlers) and sandy was my go to pick when I didn’t know what to choose in power league, and my go to brawler when I just wanted to have some fun. His nerf basically made me rage quit brawl stars for several months, and even now I’m still reluctant to play him since his damage nerf made him unable to 3 shot those low hp brawlers like brock, which was what made him so powerful and fun for me. I rly hope that supercell comes back to him, not saying that he needs a big buff, but just a buff back to where he was.

balance changes :
byron reload speed buff by 0.02
i think giving him a part of his reload speed will make him better
sandy should get a damage buff from 1290 to 1410
gus has a faster reload speed and a broken super sandy should be able to be a better competitve option to rely on
griff 's gadjet now doesn't deal damage and explode to destroy walls after 5 seconds and his damage decrease from 390 at max level to 345
griff is so overpowered i think nerfing what make him so versatile should make him less broken
tara super charges in 10 hits
the best way to buff her so she will be able to cycle it back and back
reload speed gear only apply when you are below 60 percent
mr p damge buff from 1080 to 1560 : like jessie the first time he hits an ennemy he will deal more damage ( this damage can be delt by the bounce if he didnt hit the first projectile but if he hits the projectile the bounce will deal 50 percent less damage and his super charges in 8 hits instead of 6
it's a risky play to buff him that way so if it 's too overpowered nerf the porters spawn time from 4s to 4.75 s
janet range nerf from 9tiles to 8.33 tiles
it will be enough to kick her out of the meta
now shelly attack is 25 percent less wider with 4 projectiles and buff the projectiles damge by 22 percent
jessie damage buff from 1578 to 1650 and her projectile speed buff by 15 percent and her second star power is base line and replace it with every 5 seconds jessie 's next attack stun the ennemy for 0.75
nerf her range by two tiles and her turret attack spped nef by 0.2
it should make her more balance

Giving Griff’s piggy bank a health bar could be a good rework. You can still get insane value out of it, but it gives your enemies a chance to counter it

I believe that mortis needs to do a bit more damage and also giving to him a revisit to his second star power and possibly his first gadget (don't get me wrong the first by itself it's not really useless but the second gadget kinda does the same thing but much better and makes the first gadget replaceable so im expecting the first gadget to be reworked)

Bee didn't get a puff to become good, the meta just complimented her. So she doesn't really deserve a nerf

Super Charge Gear should work with Tank trait that charges super from taking damage and remove from Bonnie and Edgar and give it to someone who needs it more

Byron just needs a damage and healing buff make it so he’s high risk high reward if he misses his ammo reloads really slow.
Bea is fine where she is she’s just meta dependent. I’d suggest a health nerf for griff
