I keep plugging in and unplugging my android phone and finally the usb driver downloaded on its own. Perhaps it may have downloaded after viewing the drop down menu from the top of the phone home screen and selecting transfer files. I saw the driver install, but the phone still does not work unless I select transfer files from drop down menu. In my pc, device manager verifies driver is installed only if I choose "browse my computer", because "search automatically" on the internet etc. does not find it.
