It's an event, they usually come every 2 or 3 weeks, this feature he is showing is only active during these events

Do 3 season quest and your already lvl 90 or so for the battlepass.
I did 300 mission on hard. Spamming the void reactor missions in like 20 seconds and completed 2 mission at once. Then 90 times bosses killed. Level 90+
