Crumbl Cookie Copycat | Buckeye Brownie Cookies So Good!!

Today I’m baking up some copycat crumbl Buckeye brownie cookies! These cookies are thick soft and topped with the peanut butter and chocolate that is just heaven in a cookie..I hope you all give them a try but beware they are addicting!

What you will be needing

1 cup room temperature salted real butter not margarine
2 tablespoons cooking oil i used canola oil
1 packed cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 large room temperature eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup dark dutch processed cocoa powder

Peanut butter mix
4 tablespoons room temperature butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar

Chocolate topping

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons heavy cream
