I got one of these and mine doesn't recline all the way... it only goes back about 105 degrees... Does yours recline all the way?

I had mine for almost a month now it's a good chair js one problem my chair arm rest screw not tighten idk why since all the other screws for the arm rest went in with no problem is js this one screw dats given me problems
