The hell you mean it’s more foul efficient than competitors, the only reason it flopped was because of its fuel efficiency. The plane had a lot of potential but the 4 engines were extremely useless and burned lots of fuel that’s why airbus made the a330, it’s the a340 with 2 engines. The a330 is airbuses best selling wide body.The closest competitor the 787 is 20-30% more efficient, the a330neo is 15-20% more efficient.

I love the A340, because its a beautiful, nice plane. I live in switzerland, so when i go to zurich airport, i spott 2-6 A340s, and thats nice ! Until 2025, Swiss and Edelweiss bringing their A340s in retirement. So sad😢. but i have more than 600 A340 pictures🗿🗿
