The defense need to not only file a motion for a mistrial, but also a motion for dismissal with prejudice to permanently have the case over with. The case is up in the air.

The real issue is georgia law. For whatever reason the judge "didnt commit ex parte communication due to it being proper procedure under georgia law" the way he did it. How that isn't CLEAR BIAS is a mystery to the rest of the public, but now that it has been so publicly demonstrated, everybody is rightfully pissed.

Just a huge waste of time abd resources. Grant a mistrial and move on. Free this Guy hes been denied bail for over 2years unbelievably
