I thought that I'll fix my sleep schedule but after hearing about the match timings I think that will not be the case

Dear Sagar. You are contributing excellently in the growth of chess, in the whole world, especially, in our country Bharat. Marvelous. You are the first Indian, who is doing this kind of work. You are creative and passionate about your work. Keep it up. All the best.

Pragg and Vaishali are not "the first ever siblings" (5:30) to play in the Candidates Tournaments. Less than two years ago, the sisters Anna and Mariya Muzychuk both played in the 2022 Women's Candidates Tournament.

I would love to see The St. Louis Chess Club host an American vs India Tournament, a serious tournament, but maybe more about building camaraderie between the two groups of players. Maybe have a double round robin with 6 top American guys playing two games each against the top 6 Indian guys. Same for the ladies. Lots of great talent and good people on both sides.

Good preview. Thanks Sagar and CB-I. The timing sucks if you are in India, but it is what it is. :)

Hello Sagar, i'm just an amateur chess player, but i love this game. I usually enjoy your channel. Thank you for this summary...Maybe, Pragg could be the winner: let's say Pragg and Firouzja. Young chess grandmaster are so impressive today...Among the women, i guess the chinese players should have the best chances. Surely, it will be a great event. Greetings from Italy

My Prediction:
D Gukesh and Goryachakina are winning

Although Caruana in open section looks strongest as of now

I am really excited about this event. Will be following your coverage, if available. I recently started following live chess events and discovered that they are much fun. And this is one of the major events in the chess calender. The candidates. And ofcourse having three Indians is also one of the major attractions. My only complaint or grievance is that there will be no Nodirbek in the tournament. I really wanted to see him battling others, including Pragg and Gukesh.
