Quickly Align Objectives with STS

In this video, we explore how to quickly align objectives using STS during a meeting. The goal was to find common ground between a networking group and its parent company, and STS made it super easy!

As the meeting unfolded, we created an STS board on the fly to capture key discussion points and objectives. With the help of an STS AI colleague, we turned shorthand notes into clear objectives, like establishing a collaborative platform for sustainability.

We then asked the AI how to match our objectives with the parent company in an effort to find opportunities for support. STS did a great job providing practical steps for alignment. We organized everything into frames and lists, making it simple to see how to proceed.

The best part was we did all this in real-time during the call. It took me less than 5 minutes as the call progressed. Everyone was impressed with how quickly we could go from notes to actionable steps.
