Three years ago when i got into gym i used to hit the gym 6days even if wasn’t motivated but now I can’t even go for one month. It feels boring af and most of the time i was just dragging myself to the gym

so true. it's empowering when it becomes who you BE. the person who does x no matter what. not letting the mind tell you it's monotonous. screw the mind and lovingly work the body.

for me, it's really about the bigger picture. I want to have more kids and i want to spend longer better quality time with them. plus it just makes me feel all around good as i'm navigating divorce.
