New 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 6 N Begins Testing
Показать описание
Hyundai’s N performance lineup is gearing up for another exciting addition, this time with an electric twist. Following the release of the 2025 Ioniq 5 N, Hyundai is now setting its sights on a high-performance version of the Ioniq 6 sedan.
Recently, engineers were spotted testing a modified Ioniq 6 near the Nürburgring racetrack in Germany. The vehicle sported several performance upgrades, including wider wheel arches to accommodate a broader track, a powerful braking system with front rotors that nearly fill the 20-inch wheels, and an added gurney flap on the upper rear wing.
Currently, the standard Ioniq 6 boasts 320 horsepower from its dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. However, the N version is expected to deliver well over 600 horsepower, mirroring the impressive capabilities of the Ioniq 5 N, which can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 3.3 seconds.
Hyundai’s N division is likely to include innovative software features in the Ioniq 6 N to enhance the driving experience. Although Hyundai has not officially announced the Ioniq 6 N, a 2025 debut as a 2026 model seems probable, aligning with the mid-cycle update of the regular Ioniq 6.
