Our little church had a bell very similar to thus one. The oldest man of our congregation would ring the bell. On special occasions or anything going on at church that was special, he would choose a child to ring the bell with him. Kids loved it. We all did. When he passed, we all rang that bell because he certainly had earned his wings.
