I keep seeing "Hamas needs to accept a ceasefire deal" but every time I look into it myself, I find that they have, and repeatedly do so, but Israel is unwilling to compromise. Also, I still don't get how Hamas has all this firepower that requires a war --genocide-- to go on for eight months yet Israeli civilians are not experiencing even the smallest fraction of what is happening to Palestinian civilians. Like, who's in charge here?
