The pace of International Standard slow foxtrot has been 28 BPM since the 1950's,
which provides sufficient time for elegant smooth rise and fall motions, and
the strenuous hold at the peak (i, e, More by Nat King Cole). However,
the recent slow foxtrot music is leaning to the 32 BPM American Smooth foxtrot, which causes rapid rise and fall with very small amplitude, but wilder sways of the upper body to amplify the 3-dimensional movements. Such as this song was played at 30 BPM.
The real slow foxtrot is very elegant while the new faster foxtrot is more dynamic in motion.
The couple looks like Farrugia, the long time Blackpool amateur modern ballroom champion from Germany.
