It would've been like a perfect plan if Charlie trained noisy boy for like awhile and let him stayed their training at first before going into a fight, and yet he would've clapped midas in a fight if charlie made him stayed their training for like longer so he could be alot stronger and it was kind of tuff that he lost because of charlie not knowing how to use him if he actually did he would've have beated midas and would've won

The reason that he was shown weak in the movie is becasue Charlie instantly brought him to a fight with out knowing how to use it, and you can see Charlie struggle a bit when Noisy Boy got beaten up.

The fact that Charlie, shouting out random combos, almost defeated Maidas says a lot, imagine what would have happened if Noise had been in the hands of a professional.

The reason noisy boy loses is because of Charlie not knowing his moves AND noisy boy only having voice recognition and only certain moves on the controller meaning he’s only programmed to do certain things so if you say something he doesn’t know he will just sit there it’s sad but true
